Something wrong with your order?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo showing the issue. Once we’ve seen it, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — you won’t need to send the item back.
Changed your mind?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us first before sending anything back — we’ll confirm the return and give you the address.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. For international returns, we recommend using a tracked service. We can’t guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Sale items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within a few days back to your original payment method. We’ll email you to confirm.
