All our products are shipped in Greece with ACS courier company. All shipping costs are borne by by you, the purchaser.
Elle’s Art & Soul will pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days for the fastest delivery of your order. Within Greece it usually takes 2-3 days after dispatch for your order to arrive.
We are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to courier companies, poor weather, industrial actions or other events beyond our control.
Shipping costs vary depending on weight and distance the products are sent. The price is €1 for packages up to 1kg anywhere in Greece. For packages of up to 2kg the price is between €2 and €4 per parcel depending on location. Shipping costs are calculated on the website at checkout. All of these prices include VAT.
For shipments outside Greece all orders are shipped with ACS and the amount is calculated at checkout. Typically the cost is €8 for packages up to 1 kg, €12 for packages between 1 and 2 kg and €15 for packages between 2-5 kg.
Delivery time varies according the country of delivery so please regularly check the tracking number you will receive in order to track your order.
FREE shipping for Greece
For orders over €60, Elle’s Art and Soul gives you free shipping! Free shipping is valid for the whole of Greece and ONLY for the areas which are NOT characterised as inaccessible or remote by the cooperating Courier company. Also the total weight of your order for free shipping must not exceed 3 kg.
If you live in Kalymnos you can pick your items up and not pay any postage. That is an option at checkout.
