All our products are shipped in Greece with ACS courier company. It usually takes 2-3 days after dispatch for your order to arrive. All shipping costs are borne by by you, the purchaser.
Elle’s Art & Soul will pack and ship your order within 1-2 business days for the fastest delivery of your order BUT is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to courier companies, poor weather, industrial actions or other events beyond our control.
Shipping costs vary depending on weight and distance the products are sent. The price is €1 for packages up to 1kg anywhere in Greece. For packages of up to 2kg the price is between €2 and €4 per parcel depending on location. Shipping costs are calculated on the website at checkout. All of these prices include VAT.
For shipments outside Greece all orders are shipped with ACS and the amount calculated at checkout.
Delivery time varies according the country of delivery so please check regularly the tracking number you will receive in order to track your order.
Free shipping for Greece: For orders over €60, Elle’s Art and Soul gives you free shipping! Free shipping is valid for the whole of Greece and ONLY for the areas which are NOT characterized as inaccessible or remote by the cooperating Courier company. Also the total weight of your order must not exceed 3 kg.
